Every Thursday we provide tables with chess boards and pieces for a chess club. All ages welcome with an emphasis on teaching children and new players the game. Light refreshments may be offered.

Come to the library for a fun couple hours of video games. A wide variety of games is offered from week to week with an emphasis on those that get the most players involved. A light snack is provided.

The regular monthly meeting of the Emmetsburg Public Library Board of Trustees, the governing board of the library. Please notify the library director by noon the day before the meeting to be put on the agenda. The meetings are open to the public and subject to Iowa's Open Meeting Laws.

Come enjoy at the library! Build a fun scene with LEGO and DUPLO blocks! This program is intended for children old enough to not put pieces in their mouth. Our LEGOs were generally provided by a generous grant from PACGDC.
