The Emmetsburg Public Library Outreach service provides delivered service at no cost to the homebound public within the corporate city limits of Emmetsburg, and to the residents of  nursing homes, correctional facilities, day cares, and residential care/independent living facilities.

Homebound delivery is available for residents of any age who have an illness, injury, or disability that prevents them from visiting the library for a period of one month or longer.

Scheduled delivery and pick up is every third Tuesday.  Arrangements for this service may be made in person, by phone 712-852-4009, fax 712-852-3785 or emailing publib@iowalakes.edu
